We offer free shipping across the U.S. with the exception of Hawaii and Alaska.

For shipments to Canada, Hawaii, and Alaska we use FedEx Ground.

At this time, we do not ship outside of the U.S. or Canada. If you use a forwarder service to have your unit shipped outside of the U.S. or Canada you will effectively void your return and warranty. 

HANDLING SPEED

New AutoEggs ordered by 4 pm EST on weekdays will be shipped out that very same day! (*Backorders excluded)

Reconditioned AutoEggs and accessories are shipped out within 1-3 days from our L.A. based warehouse. (Limited quantity may affect shipping and handling speeds)

* To ensure same-day shipment speeds, orders for new AutoEgg units cannot be cancelled once placed.

SHIPPING DELIVERY SPEED

All orders are shipped via FedEx from one of our three warehouse locations across the U.S. Regular orders (including U.S. and Canada) will be delivered within 3 to 7 days. Expedited orders will be delivered within 1 to 3 days. (Backorders Excluded) 

30-DAY MONEY-BACK

If I'm not satisfied, how do I get a refund?

If you or your cat are not completely satisfied with your ChillX AutoEgg you can return it to us within 30-days from the DELIVERY DATE for a full refund, excluding shipping cost you paid.

Plus, you will be provided with FREE RETURN SHIPPING LABEL from customer email support if you return within 30-days from delivery date. 

Please note that the RECONDITIONED unit is NOT ELIGIBLE for a refund, but we stand behind our reconditioned products with the same 12-month warranty as our new products.

What is the return or replacement process for the 30-Day Money Back Guarantee? Do I need an RMA number?

To avoid damage during shipping, you must clean and pack the AutoEgg and all AutoEgg accessories in the original carton and packaging materials to extend our products’ lifespan.

If the AutoEgg is missing parts or accessories, the costs for these items will be deducted from your final refund. 

You MUST obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. We do not accept responsibility for return shipments without an RMA number. To request one, contact us via email at support@chillx.co.

I've thrown away the original packaging! Does that mean I can't return the ChillX AutoEgg? 

Without the original box, we can't guarantee that more damage to the ChillX AutoEgg won't occur during shipping and handling. Therefore, we're afraid that we can't accept return without original packaging.

How long will it take for my refund to be processed? 

We will process your refund (to the original method of payment) within 5 to 7 days of receipt of your returned unit. Keep in mind that it may take your payment provider 10 business days or longer to deposit the money into your account.

What is covered under your 12-month warranty?

We warrant the Original Retail Purchaser and no other purchaser or subsequent owner of the product. The warranty covers defects for one year from the purchase date.

We're happy to provide free customer service to AutoEgg users. 

If a repair is needed, we can provide free parts and labors within our workshop in Los Angeles. 

Please note that the customer is responsible for the two-way shipping of the unit for repair and the return shipping back to the customer in this event. 

If for any reason a customer opens the side panel or the bottom plate the customer will void the warranty of the product.

What should I do if the AutoEgg needs service after the 12-month warranty?

If you need replacement parts, you can purchase from us for a transparent and fair price.
