I wish they did tho! It appears these bags are far more superior than any low cost alternative. The quality and durability is the best part of these bags. You don’t have to worry about them ripping or tearing. They hold a lot of poop. And best of all they have an odor-control liner that helps with the smell.
If you have even one cat, you need this product! Looks nice, easy to use.
It’s the Cat's Meow!
What in the world were they trying to prove with this? I can speak for my cat since she can’t do it herself. She would say why the heck do I have to climb through this small hole to do my business. At first she wouldn’t even enter it but after shoving her in there a few times she got the point. It does keep the smell at bay and I do enjoy not cleaning the clumps. Let’s just say that it has its pro’s but I feel kinda con’d. It could have been bigger and I get it! Its suppose to look cool but that doesn’t mean that it has to sacrifice logic. Overal I’m satisfied with the ChillX but my negative feelings are toward the world in general and how everything has to be so complicated. I just miss the old days when things were simple and easy..
Love the little baggies!
I’ve always wanted to replace my plastic litter boxes with a better looking and automatic one. My old one looked so off and tacky so, I purchased this and I already expected minimal technical and physical problems because it’s reconditioned. The delivery wasn’t a problem, it came immediately and had no damages. It looks decent, not as half as bad as I thought and is pretty clean. There were faint scratches but not too eye-catching and there’s this faint smell from the inside. No issues on the product but my kitty barely uses it, she jumps from this litter box to the old one and vice versa. I’m not sure if she doesn’t fully like it, if she hasn’t fully adapted to it or just likes using two litter boxes.
This is a nice little product and my wife and I are actually pretty impressed. Cat boxes are gross. Changing and scooping the litter is gross. The ChillX makes these tasks so much easier. The auto scooper/cleaner does a thorough job. Even when we do have to break it down and deep clean it, that process is fairly painless. Definitely less stinkiness. Thank you!
As the rake tried to move the large masses to the collector place they simply break em up into tiny little clumps that the collector rake can’t get to. This only happens occasionally but enough to make it annoying. The one thing about the design that nobody realizes until they buy it is that when you have to change out the litter, which you will have to change out the litter, you have to pick up the whole thing! Its heavy!
Let’s talk about the Good first. The chic design fits my décor perfectly! It helps keep the smell out of the house. And I love not having to scoop the poop! But here’s the Bad, when I did scoop it was with a $2 scooper… This is an extravagant process to achieve something that I could do for under $5. It new and futuristic, I get it! But its like buying a big huge sophisticated machine to spread butter onto toast when I have a plenty of knives in the kitchen drawer.
There is a lot to love about the little waste drawer liner baggies that go with the AutoEgg, but also just some minor drawbacks. Let’s start with the positives. The liners are high-quality. Per the website, they are made from corn and can biodegrade in 90 days. That’s pretty impressive and a win for sustainability. The fit perfectly in the AutoEgg, don’t slip and don’t break. The one teeny tiny thing that I would call a negative is the price. They seem a little higher price than other options you could choose, but they still are the best. I say, despite the slightly increased price, they are still the best value for you to use for your egg.
They came in a bit dirty and some parts had rips in them but I still used the usable ones, they’re not that thick (I guess, that’s why they got ripped) and they’re not that special at all, it’s like any other plastic bag I’ve seen and used.
Our two cats are doing great with this litter box since we bought it a few months back. It has held up extremely well, it’s super quiet, and I haven’t had one safety issue arise thus far. I never thought I’d be one to own an auto-cleaning cat box, but here we are. My opinion has swung the opposite direction and now I think all cat owners should have one!
Listen, I don’t know how the heck these cheeky bastards did it but some how this little thing can “see” or “detect” my cats jumping in and shut itself off. I was afraid that it would shish kabob my poor little beauties but never happened. Not Once! Must have the same tech they launch astro boys into space with or something. It literally was in the middle of sifting when one of my Friskies hopped in and Boom! It instantly stopped!
The liners are a good investment if you have the AutoEgg. They fit and aren't too expensive. I'll keep buying them.
I was super confused about this! I was told that it was a used reconditioned unit but I think this is equal to a brand new one. It has been cleaned and polished back to brand new and I still saved the $50!
It's very minimal, fancy looking, trendy and looks good as a decoration itself.
Only took a minute or two to set-up, happy customer.
After my cat uses the litter box, there's still this smell that lingers from time to time making me still buy scented litter for him. It doesn’t keep in all that odor.
Sadly, they are the exact size you need the liner to be to have the bin work as efficiently as possible. I tried to cut regular garbage bags to fit but its like trying to use Saran Wrap as a condom! It doesn’t quite give you the security you’re looking for! So I bought the piece of mind and I couldn’t be happier!
I struggled so hard with the decision to purchase $20.00 garbage bags but here we are writing a review about my buying experience of them. First off, they’re the exact size of the bin so it fits snuggly in place and remains in place so you never have to worry about it slipping out and causing a cat-tastophe (get it Lol)! The main thing that made me consider buying them is the biodegradable plastic versus a standard plastic bag that is like the worse thing to put into Earth ever! This is a highly technical piece of technology and you have to go all the way and get all the right parts and tools or your just half assin it! Buy the Bags!
This is worth every penny spent. My cats love it!
This ChillX Autoegg is superior to any automatic litter box I’ve tried before. It’s incredibly quiet. I can’t even hear it when it’s self-cleaning. The health log is genius! I have always kind of noticed when my cats have gained or lost weight, but now I will know for sure and can keep track of it. I haven’t seen anything like Autoegg before.
This is the funkiest piece of something I have ever purchased. I was a little taken aback by the compact size and a little concerned that the darn thing would swallow up my little precious. But the interior is surprisingly spacious with good head room for my little friskers. Although it is whisper quiet you can hear it faintly. The smell is contained for the most part but you have to change the litter out at some point. Just not as frequently as standard litter boxes.
I love these bags. It’s really cool how ChillX made them out of corn, something that is so biodegradable and natural. They are thick and don’t get stressed under pressure and heavy contents. They are the perfect fit on the waste bin portion of the automatic litter box cleaner. Using anything else just wouldn’t work as well. These are great.
Ok I enjoy the positive environmental impact these bags have but if we really want to make a difference then how about making a non-disposable, washable liner that I can take out of the bin, empty it and then put it back?? Like a canister vacuum does??
